戴阳天和白薇秀最得"媒体心"
正如xinmsn所预测，戴阳天和白薇秀最得"媒体心"，昨晚以大热姿态夺下《红星大奖2010亮闪八方》的"媒体最喜爱男/女艺人奖"！
本地娱乐盛事《红星大奖》今年首度分两晚举行，昨晚的《红星大奖2010亮闪八方》总共颁发了21个奖项，除了"最喜爱男角色奖"大爆冷外，其他艺人奖项都让xinmsn赛前预测正确，没有太大意外。首次邀请本地媒体投选出"媒体最喜爱男/女艺人"奖，投选标准为一人的人气/卖气，以及艺人的媒体配合度和应对EQ，而xinmsn娱乐组记者也受邀参与投选。经记者打探，得票率最高的男女艺人包括，郑各评、周崇庆、戴阳天、李国煌、郭亮；范文芳、钟琴、权怡凤、白薇秀等（排名不分先后）。本地媒体新宠儿戴阳天和白薇秀不负众望，勇夺该奖项，二人上台领奖时的致词，也非常得体大方，不愧是媒体的最爱。
戴阳天：一直以来只讲真话"
媒体最喜爱男/女艺人奖"颁奖人"双李"李铭顺和李国煌颁奖前，铭顺捉弄国煌常因华语不好上头版，国煌不忘"酸"铭顺当年"咖喱饭坐牢"事件。戴阳天上台领奖时说："很开心，更开心的是《当我们同在一起》的导演得奖，我要谢谢所有新加坡人对我这个中国孩子的热爱，这里是我的第二个家。"
他过后接受xinmsn的专访时分析，自己得奖的原因是和大家（指媒体）合作，因为都是为了完成彼此的工作。戴阳天也强调，自己一直以说实话为原则，也没有刻意取悦媒体，而自己说过的话，从来不后悔，反正自己从来不看报纸写什么。拿下"媒体最喜爱男艺人奖"，却痛失"最喜爱男主角奖"，戴阳天坦言："我本来就知道自己只会拿一个奖。"
鹤天赐爆冷夺最喜爱男角色 击败戴阳天黄俊雄
黄俊雄不觉得意外 戴阳天表示无所谓
对于落选"最喜爱男角色"，昨晚夺得"年度飞跃奖"的黄俊雄，表示他替鹤天赐感到高兴，他一直觉得鹤天赐有很多粉丝，所以这个成绩并不令他意外。
但是，他还是难掩失望地说："我其实希望泰山会赢，他是一个简单、单纯的人，他带给我喜悦，我也希望观众能感受得到。不过，我帮泰山拿到年度飞跃奖，一飞冲天！"
至于戴阳天，他说本来就觉得昨晚只能赢一个奖，并对丢失"最喜爱男角色"表示无所谓。
他认为，单靠一个演员是无法真正完成一个角色："从剧本开始，到监制，到导演，到演员，大家互相沟通了解，才可以诠释出整个角色。"
两人同剧演员欧萱则表示，对结果感到意外，她和不少人一样，是看好戴阳天和黄俊雄。

肯定是我认识的媒体朋友最一致喜爱的男艺人。。。他们说阳阳不但能够回应任何问题（包括很多艺人避开不谈的话题），而且还能化‘危机为生机’。在‘感性’与‘理智’间游走。。。有话题让你回去交差却不会给你‘公式化’的回答。男女记者们都蛮疼爱他，有些还宁可放弃制造‘耸动头条’机会，就为了保护与勉励阳阳。能让现在这个‘速食年代’记者（有些有点像‘恐怖份子’）这么做 – 他是唯一。

Star Awards flashforward: Dai Yangtian and Jeanette Aw for Fav Characters
In in the first of our three-part Star Awards winners' prediction, we give you the lowdown on where the trophies will head over in the forthcoming Star Awards 2010 Show 1
Together, they make up one of the most recognized TV couples in the last year - Lin Xiaobei and Yao Jianhong in Channel 8's blockbuster drama Together.
Even if you, like us at xinmsn, were rooting for Elvin Ng's selfless Tarzan to emerge triumphant in the convoluted love triangle, reality is, Dai Yangtian and Jeanette Aw have fans in such rampant numbers we can't try to fathom and it's not a matter of if, but when, our local TV becomes their playground.
This Sunday's Star Awards 2010 Show 1 will see close to 200 drama and variety characters slug it out for the year's Favourite Male and Female Characters awards, to be decided by...
Public voting.
Oh well, we don't have to say out loud who we reckon are going to nick it but we, at xinmsn will play 'experts' and look into our crystal ball to round up the probable stars who [we think] will walk home with a triumphant joy.
In this opener, we'll make our guesses for this year's new awards, including the oh-so-evil Most Unforgettable TV Villain, the Media Darlings, and the Rocket Award.
The equation is simple: a shoo-in, and the one likeliest to steal that prize away.
C'mon, cut us some slack. This is the wild, wild world of entertainment after all.
Favourite Male Character
The whispers are saying...
Make no bones about it. When it comes to public voting, star appeal and the power of (screaming) fans cannot be underestimated.
So if we cut the currently leading contenders down to the madly-supported teen idols, we'll have a three-way fight between Dai Yangtian, Elvin Ng and Nat Ho (yea I hear your "Are you serious?").
Yet, based on recent [women-of-all-ages-swooning-over-him] stats alone, our votes go to the Shanghai heartthrob. And what better way to sign that off than with his leading role (Lin Xiaobei) in the year's megadrama (Together).
The dark horse
Elvin, simply because of how much he has improved and caught our attention recently, after the roundly-panned portrayal of Ye Renyi in The Ultimatum. Since that drama where he allegedly replaced himself with a wooden statue, the handsome lad has appeased inflamed viewers by actually acting in Together, as the extremely likeable Tarzan.
Yes, here you have a possible winner owing to both legions of teenage followers and a popular character he acted as.
Rumour has it that Tarzan helped Elvin break into the middle-age market to become a de facto auntie-killer. So can his mass appeal stop the Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon that is DYT? We'd love to see this man-candy give DYT a run for his money
The name says it. The darlings of the media.
Apparently this was what happened: people working in the media - journalists, editors, promoters, paparazzi and all - were each asked to make a secret pick of one male and one female, who are considered tops according to the criteria of the artistes' popularity, marketability, EQ and how media savvy they are.
In other words, the darlings of the media.
Media Darling (Male)
We know we've crowned him Favourite Male Character, but through our relentless research, this painful conclusion is still reached.
No one can stop the DYT Express.
Honestly, we don't see how other male artistes are in touching distance of Dai Yangtian. In terms of fanbase, the actor is unrivalled. He is handsome and tall, has acceptable acting for a looker (for once!), and most importantly, no language problems.
Plus, he hits the right buttons with the media - opinionated, bordering arrogance, and quoteworthy.

戴阳天欣然接受“一哥”封号

听闻新生代艺人黄俊雄和戴阳天入围，陈汉伟则说：“也好啦，为这个圈子注入新气象，要不然整天都是我们这些‘老鸟’！哈哈！”
针对自己有3部作品，汉玮分析：“《书包太重》不可能有机会、《团圆饭》戏份比较少，《企鹅爸爸》整体表现比较平均，可能因为这样，才会是这部戏入围。”
戴阳天：我是陪跑的
去年夺下最佳新人奖，今年首度入围“视帝”的人气王戴阳天今早受访时笑言：“我是陪跑的！”
虽然他对自己在《当我们同在一起》的表现很满意，但他却认为，黄俊雄比自己有机会胜出。
